Refund policy
At ThreadHug, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your ThreadHug product, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be returned to the ThreadHug office within the applicable return period.
- The product should be unused, unwashed and in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags and accessories, wherever applicable.
- Products that have been used, washed, damaged or altered may not be eligible for a return.
- To initiate a return, please contact ThreadHug within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
Return Process
Once your return request is accepted, our team will initiate the return and pick up staff will come within 3 - 5 days depending on the location.
Return should happen in the original packing with the delivery labels intact.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received at the ThreadHug office and inspected, we will process a full refund of the order amount.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Important
ThreadHug reserves the right to decline a return if the product does not meet the return conditions mentioned above.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We may request photographs or other information to help us resolve the issue quickly.
