Adding a product to your cart does not guarantee that the product will remain available until checkout or payment is completed.

ThreadHug reserves the right to discontinue products, introduce new designs or limit quantities without prior notice.

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated.

The final amount payable will be displayed at checkout before the order is placed.

If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, ThreadHug reserves the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, cancel the affected order and refund any amount already paid.

ThreadHug does not store complete card, banking or other sensitive payment credentials where such information is processed directly by third-party payment providers.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Orders will be processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy.

Once your order has been shipped, the applicable AWB/tracking number will be shared through WhatsApp at the mobile number provided with the order.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination, courier availability, weather, public holidays and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

For orders placed through marketplaces such as Amazon or Flipkart, tracking will be available through the respective platform.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

ThreadHug currently accepts eligible returns within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions specified in the Returns & Refunds Policy.

Once an eligible returned product is received at the ThreadHug office and inspected, the full refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to the applicable policy.

11. Product Care

Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with the product or displayed on the website.

Improper washing, drying, ironing, storage or handling may affect the appearance, texture or durability of a textile product and may not be covered under applicable return or warranty provisions.
