At ThreadHug, we strive to make every order experience as smooth and convenient as possible.

Order Tracking

Once your ThreadHug order has been shipped, you will receive the AWB / tracking number on WhatsApp at the mobile number provided while placing the order. You can use the tracking number to check the real-time status and progress of your delivery through the respective courier partner's tracking system.

For orders placed through Amazon, Flipkart or other online marketplaces, order tracking can be done directly through the respective platform's app or website using your order details.
